We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. For eligible returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us. We’ll review the issue and cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider.
